Getting Started

In recognition of today's economic landscape, My Personal Mentors offers a variety of session structures to meet your individual needs. The sessions listed below are flexible and can be tailored for beginner or more advanced mentees.

There are four mentor packages to consider:

General - $150, 1 hour


• Use the hour as you see fit... its your time to own for whatever you need assistance with or want to discuss.

Basic Get Started - $150, 1½ Hours


• Your first mentoring session is one hour and includes a review of your current resume. Your mentor will walk through each section and, if necessary, suggest changes, additions, or subtractions.
• Your second mentoring session is a thirty minute follow up to review the changes you made in your first session and make any final changes necessary.

Expanded - $300, 2 ½ Hours (Most Popular Session)


• Includes all items above
• Your third mentoring session includes a discussion of the most effective ways to job hunt, as well as effective networking techniques.

Premier - $450, 3 ½ Hours


• Includes all items above
• Your fourth mentoring session includes a discussion on interviewing strategies, as well as a practice interview simulation.

Depending on your particular needs additional session topics can be individualized for you on such topics including:

• Advanced interviewing skills and/or practice sessions
• Navigating successfully into the corporate world
• Shedding the college persona
• Organization and Prioritization
• Office Politics Do's and Don'ts

These topics can be purchased at the standard rate of $150 per hour, or at the frequent user rate.

Frequent User Rate*

Mentoring sessions can be purchased individually for $150 per hour. For frequent users, you may purchase a package of 5 sessions up front and receive one mentoring session free ($750 total).
